- Data first. Market analysis is built on open government data from the ABS and RBA, and on published private indices, always with the source and date on every chart.
- General information only. We explain how things work. We don't recommend specific loans, lenders, properties or investment structures, because that requires a licence and knowledge of your circumstances.
- Editorial stays separate. Our articles never promote particular properties or lenders.
- Corrections. If we get something wrong, we fix it and note the change at the end of the article.
How we're funded
Market Signal is an independent publication. We don't currently receive payments from lenders, brokers, real estate agents or developers. If that changes, we'll update our disclosures page first, and we'll always ask before passing your details to anyone.
How we use AI
We use AI tools for research summaries, editing and the plain-English wording in the property strategies readers build. Every article is written, checked and approved by a person, every figure is checked against its source before publication, and brief calculations use fixed formulas.
